In the last quarter, Weibo increased revenue by 42% (YoY) to USD 458.9M. A large part of this revenue was from advertising and marketing at USD 390M (+42% YoY). Weibo's net profit was USD 130.7M. The monthly active users (MAU) were 530 million in March 2021, down 4% YoY and up 2% from the previous quarter. For the second quarter of 2021, Weibo estimates that its net revenue should increase by 25% to 30% year-on-year on a constant currency basis. Increasing revenue with a rather stagnant user base suggests higher revenue per user.
